CAM Closes $14.5M Real Estate Acquisition & Construction Loan with Harbor Springs Charter School

CAM proudly funds Harbor Springs Charter School for $12.5M for their new campus acquisition and $2M for tenant improvements via a term loan. This loan helps Harbor Springs launch its new learning center in Chula Vista, California, serving more than 700 students on location. Harbor Springs Charter School aims to empower students by fostering their innate curiosity, engaging their parents, and promoting optimum learning by collaboratively developing a personalized learning program for each student. It serves all student populations and prides itself as a school built by parents.

2022 Highlights

Harbor Springs CAM funded $14.5 million to Harbor Springs Charter School to acquire and improve its new learning center in Chula Vista, California.	Nevada Charters CAM provides ongoing working capital for five Nevada charter schools in the greater Las Vegas area and will assist with funding for their future facilities plans.	Wilberforce CAM funded Wilberforce University, the nation’s oldest HBCU, $5.5 million for new programs and the restructuring of existing obligations.
