Our Team

David Park, Partner & Co-Founder

David co-founded CAM in 2013 to help schools get the capital they need to be successful. He brings broad experience from private equity, hedge funds, and investments to CAM. David was previously a portfolio associate at C.M. Capital managing a $300 million portfolio of private equity funds and also has experience at Pantheon Ventures, a global private equity asset manager with over $20 billion assets under management (AUM).  Before co-founding CAM, David also ran a small $5 million long/short hedge fund. Originally from Los Angeles, David attended M.I.T. '01 and currently lives in Woodside, California with a family of three boys and two dogs.

Paul Im, Partner & Co-Founder

Paul co-founded CAM in 2013 having discovered that charter schools were having a need for reliable working capital. He brings sales, marketing, and operations experience to CAM with over ten years experience managing a diverse array of small businesses from funds to restaurants. Paul was the program director for the Asian American Music Festival and has produced hundreds of cultural events. Prior to that, Paul served as Regional Development Manager for EarthShare California. Paul is from Long Beach, California, by way of Hong Kong. He attended Berklee College of Music '04 and received his MBA from Loyola Marymount University '07. He lives in downtown Los Angeles with his American Pitbull Terrier rescue.

Jonathan Yeh, Portfolio Manager

Jonathan Yeh, CFA, is the portfolio manager at CAM and spearheads the financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, cash flow forecasting, process optimization, and strategy implementation. Prior to CAM, he worked in corporate investments and the venture capital industry for more than ten years with extensive experiences in business development, direct investment and industry analysis. Jonathan earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in National Taiwan University (NTU) and an M.B.A. at USC Marshall School of Business. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Shir Sabag, Client Services Manager

Shir Sabag manages client relationships, sales, operations, and marketing efforts at CAM.  Her communication background has helped CAM source new leads and enter new charter school markets across the US. She has a B.S. in Communications from Arizona State University, is fluent in Hebrew, and travels internationally extensively. She lives in Los Angeles.
